Alisa Makhlis

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Alisa is the Chief Financial Officer of Dextra, responsible for leading the firm’s finance function. She serves as an observer on Dextra’s Investment Committee.

Before joining Dextra in 2023, Alisa was a Vice President and Head of Investment Operations for Blackstone's Tactical Opportunities and Growth Equity funds. She spent 10 years in various finance and accounting roles, most recently overseeing the middle office finance function supporting the investment team.

Before Blackstone, Alisa was a Fund Accounting Analyst in JP Morgan’s Private Equity & Real Estate Services group.

Alisa has a B.B.A. in Accounting, cum laude, from Zicklin School of Business, CUNY Baruch College.
