Pierce is an Associate at Dextra, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring investments across all strategies.

Before joining Dextra in 2025, Pierce was a Senior Analyst at Landmark Management, LLC, where he contributed to the underwriting process of private equity fund investments and supported portfolio management across all asset classes.

Pierce has a B.S. in Statistics from St. Lawrence University.
