Vijay Palkar

FOUNDING PARTNER

Vijay is a Founding Partner of Dextra, responsible for co-managing the firm and leading investments. He serves on Dextra’s Investment Committee and Management Committee.

Before co-founding Dextra in 2022, Vijay was a Managing Principal of GoldPoint Partners. He spent nearly 20 years helping build GoldPoint into a leading multi-strategy middle market private equity manager with a global investor base representing $16 billion of assets under management at the time of his departure in 2021. At GoldPoint, Vijay was a member of the Investment Committee and Management Committee.

Before GoldPoint, Vijay was an Analyst in Bear Stearns’ Investment Banking Division.

Vijay has a B.S.E. with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
